| To monitor and report on inbound and outbound material transactions across departments and suppliers, providing analysis to ensure process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. To ensure compliance with established inventory procedures and controls through reporting and analysis. To collect and consolidate stock data from other departments and provide analysis for decision-making and inventory planning To check stock reports of all departments before buying equipment and comment about the available materials to ensure proper inventory functionality. To monitor and review the warehouse’s contracts and related KPIs and provide analysis to management for performance improvements. To support SOW (scope of work) and documentation and standardization of warehouse processes by providing data and best practice input. To analyze warehouse performance and provide related reports with concise findings and recommendations to offer solutions and implement preferred ones to solve problems based on Auditing. To investigate the root causes of less efficient warehouse processes (overtime, cost, free spaces, etc.). To provide feedback on the current warehousing processes to the warehouses` technical manager to improve or correct processes. To develop and continually improve the current established processes in warehousing based on lessons learned and situations. To attend meetings with various teams (NW, CPG, AR …) to communicate initiatives, inventory controls, findings, recommendations, and other necessary matters. To create and collect a database of warehousing processes for ERP such as delivery forms, checklist of audits, reports, etc. To train vendors and subcontractors to use ERP and electronic ticketing systems for delivery processes. To collaborate with the ERP team, provide suitable feedback related to ERP performance, and improve the system. To schedule the time plan for visiting the warehouse, stock counting, auditing, and implementation. To oversee and report on material receiving and inbounding processes, ensuring accurate data capture for analysis and compliance. To analyze and report on disposal cases (faulty or obsolete equipment) and provide recommendations to NWG, Finance, and Procurement for decision-making. To track and report vendor payment status related to warehousing transactions, highlighting discrepancies and providing analysis for resolution. To design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that provide clear insights into inventory status, trends, and KPIs for management decision-making. To conduct demand forecasting and consumption trend analysis based on historical data and collaborate with planning teams to optimize safety stock levels and reorder points. To evaluate warehouse and inventory KPIs (e.g., accuracy, turnover, carrying cost) and perform root cause analysis for deviations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. To collaborate with ERP and IT teams to improve system functionalities, automate reporting processes, and ensure high-quality, reliable data for inventory analysis. To identify risks such as stock-outs, overstocking, or compliance gaps, prepare audit-ready reports, and recommend corrective actions to ensure regulatory and process adherence. To analyze and report inventory valuation (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) and associated carrying costs, providing insights to Finance for budgeting and cost optimization. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, management or related Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others Experience working in a medium organization Experience in Inventory & supply chain management will be considered a plus. |
