This includes improvements and capacity planning for existing services e.g., SMS Welcome To specify, source, and deploy Operations and Maintenance tools/systems to ensure optimal functioning of the international roaming & interconnection services. To archive methodologies, plans, policies, and procedures for international roaming and international interconnection and share the best practices with the team To maintain records of technical details on every roaming partner to ensure future explanation is present in case of any conflict To act as a subject matter expert on International Roaming issues by studying global trends, networking with other professionals in this field, and providing documented recommendations to various Irancell departments. Provide ad hoc solutions in cases of services facing issues to ensure QoS is maintained To Participate in new product development activities for the introduction of new value-added services in the international roaming area providing technical insights To maintain the roaming service by ensuring a high-quality network experience for the end users To prepare accurate reports and a clear picture of the National roaming service for feeding financial interaction and management decision-making To collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize roaming services and enhance customer experience. To perform the technical activities required to introduce new roaming partners and to maintain service quality for existing roaming relationships; To specify, source, and deploy systems to support roaming events per the business requirement, including improvements and capacity planning for best services. |
