Job Description |
| Design user-centered mobile and web interfaces for both drivers and passengers. Create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on requirements and deliver cohesive experiences. Establish and maintain a design system and visual style guide for consistency across products. Analyze product data and feedback to continuously improve UX and user satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, mobility app design patterns, and usability principles. Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. |
What You’ll Do |
| 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for mobile-first or transportation / marketplace apps. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction. Experience collaborating with developers and product teams in agile environments. Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and advocate for the user. Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Flutter) is a plus. |
