As a Business Development Manager , you will be at the forefront of expanding our business and shaping the future of fintech solutions at Bazaarpay. We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive growth and forge strong relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Bazaarpay's market presence and drive revenue growth, focusing on emerging markets and strategic partnerships.
Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with external partners, including vendors, API providers, and B2B clients. Collaborate to design and implement partnership strategies that align with our business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to align business development strategies with product offerings, marketing plans, and operational processes to ensure an integrated approach to market growth.
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to optimize business outcomes.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use these insights to inform business development strategies and product positioning.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies, set goals, and design action plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the tech or fintech industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners and clients.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
Background in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with payment systems, direct debit processes, or other financial solutions.
