Our ICT team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a IT Support Specialist. Responsibilities: Provide quick and effective assistance with information technology systems. Guide customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance . Listen attentively to customers’ questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions. Prioritize employees satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next-level personnel. Manage PC and laptop setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware,images and software. Work with desktop support engineers to provide colleagues with superior service. Provide reports to the direct manager. Respond to users queries via E-mail,Tickets and phones. Ensure that the helpdesk operates in an effective manner so that SLA’s are met. Install configure and roll out systems,laptops,PC and printers . Requirements: BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field . At least 2 years proven experience as a help desk technician. Knowledge of Network+ is a must. Knowledge of WLAN is a plus. Familiarity with Windows&Mac operating system. Familiar with server virtualization tools such as VSphere – ESXi.
