Responsibilities |
| Strong understanding of network concepts Network+ knowledge Comprehensive understanding of all layers of the OSI model A+ fundamentals Expertise in PC and notebook hardware Software installation and troubleshooting across different operating systems Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Proficiency in Microsoft services and solutions Familiarity with the Linux kernel and the ability to work with Linux distributions via the terminal macOS installation and troubleshooting |
Requirements |
| Ability to participate in the team’s on-call rotation Experience working in a multi-vendor environment with diverse technologies Creative, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and trends Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing ideal solutions with practical implementations Strong teamwork and customer service mindset Ability to document work and share knowledge with team members Excellent communication and documentation skills |
Additional Requirements |
| Relevant industry certifications (CCNA R&S, MCSE, LPIC, VOIP, etc.) Previous experience in a similar role |
