| To organize and maintain Senior Manager of Region Management (SMRM) schedule, arrange the meetings, coordinate attendance of SM Region Management, prepare related meetings note and circulate it as per policy. To prepare various reports regarding performance of region as Senior Manager of Region Management requests in defined time horizons and provide to line manager. To coordinate regional affairs related to the region with various internal teams to MTNIrancell and support the SMs Regional Management for regional issue follow up. To support about regional visits from MTNIrancell Top Management periodically and ensure proposed initiatives and actions are collected, circulated and followed to the end result. To ensure administration affairs of the SMRM are fulfilled in the Region To coordinate various affairs related to MTNIrancell region initiated from external organizations, such as information/report requests, orders or regulations and any other related item and ensure resolution of the raised issues To report progress on projects (TKS/Relocation/USO/Power) and key measures/KPIs to RSMs based on defined templates and standards To follow up and make sure execution of assigned project within timelines defined via conducting different meetings with vendors/subcontractors and reviewing their progress reports. To perform, accomplish, and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the projects To organize and coordinate Municipality issue and follow till resolving them To coordinate Municipality permission for new sites, relocation sites and …. (Prepare package-prepare related letter- follow by vendor’s team – check site visit with MP and finally get permission) for registration To organize and coordinate the SMRM’s work schedule and itinerary. To participate in needed meeting for example governmental and affiliated organizations, municipality, Agriculture, Supplemental insurance, ICT, CRA, Urban train organization. To archive and register all of receiving letters and maintain the DB To coordinate with security team for issues that need to resolve with management office. To coordinate all expenses in region and pay via region petty cash To support the NW operation team for issues same as vandalism, fire, disconnection and …. To support the property team for LL issues and contracts issue and …. To support the senior Manager in planning and documenting daily, weekly and monthly activities. To prepare minutes of meetings and ensure completeness, accuracy and promptness of them. To ensure prompt response to all correspondences handled on behalf of the senior Manager/Regional Operation Manager / Regional Transmission manager |
Roles & Responsibilities: |
| Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the area of specialisation; with experience in supervising others Experience working in a medium organization Networking within Iranian context is a must Fluent in English BSc in Social Sciences or a related discipline |
