Contribute to roadmap planning in alignment with business goals
Break down roadmap initiatives into clear, executable milestones
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of committed features
Execution & Sprint Management
Own backlog management, grooming, and prioritization
Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure alignment with Scrum principles
Remove blockers and support the team in meeting sprint goals
Product Discovery & Iteration
Conduct structured discovery to validate assumptions and define solutions
Collaborate with design and research to refine user flows and experiences
Continuously improve features based on feedback and performance data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams
Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs transparently
Data-Driven Optimization
Define and track key performance metrics
Use data insights to prioritize improvements and measure impact
Run experiments and analyze results to inform product decisions
Domain Understanding
Build strong knowledge of insurance products, user needs, and regulatory considerations
Ensure product initiatives align with operational and compliance requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management
Proven ability to deliver product features end-to-end
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Data-driven mindset in decision-making
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to manage backlog, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
