Opportunity to join an innovative startup within the Digikala Group ecosystem
We are a fast-growing startup within the Digikala group, looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Go Backend Developer to help design and build scalable services and play a key role in developing robust infrastructure for products with a large user base.
If you enjoy solving complex problems at scale, care about code quality and system architecture, and want to influence technical decisions, we would love to have you on our team.
Your Role
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
Design and implement scalable, reliable APIs
Collaborate closely with Frontend, Product, and DevOps teams
Optimize service performance for stability, speed, and scalability
Contribute to system architecture design and technical decision-making
Improve code quality, development standards, and team processes
Support team growth by mentoring less experienced engineers
Requirements
Professional experience in backend development with Go (Golang)
Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience working with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
Good understanding of concurrency concepts in Go
Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts
Experience with Git and team workflows
Nice to Have
Experience with gRPC
Familiarity with Kubernetes
Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
Experience designing high-traffic, distributed systems
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
