We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision making across the business. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and the ability to deeply explore complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large-scale data, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition to strong analytical skills, we value ownership, proactive problem-solving, and familiarity with modern data tools and workflows. |
Job Description |
| Analyze business and product performance to generate actionable insights. Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks. Work closely with product, business, operations, and engineering teams. Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Take ownership of analytical projects from problem definition to insight delivery and follow-through. Availability to occasionally assist with high-priority business or data incidents when required. |
Responsibilities |
| 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or BI roles Strong knowledge of statistics, A/B testing methodologies, and experimental design Strong SQL skills Strong Python skills Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse Familiarity with Airflow and data engineering concepts Experience with BI/dashboarding tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment |
Requirements |
| Experience with product analytics or event-based data Familiarity with Airflow and data engineering concepts Experience in insurance, fintech or marketplace businesses |
