Annual planning to advance goals based on marketing key strategies and the allocated budget
Designing in-store activities based on marketing campaigns and existing brand and product gaps in the sales fields of all channels
Constant communication with the sales team to check the demands of the field force
Regular periodic follow-ups with the purchasing team and relevant suppliers to analyze the progress of the projects
Planning the production and implementation of POSM for all channels
Monitoring the process and performance of trade activities in a monthly and quarterly basis
Controlling the annual budget and planning BTL plans in FY formats
Planning and designing BTL activities for business hotspot customers
the awareness of the influential activities of competitors and appropriate planning to maintain and increase the market share of brands and products
Designing, planning, and maintaining the company's assets at POS
Field visit and performance control of TMS and TMRs.
