Job Description |
| Translate business priorities into data initiatives and ensure organizational alignment around execution. Collaborate with Managers to identify high-impact opportunities. Review major data initiatives and provide guidance on prioritization, technical trade-offs, and resource allocation. Support organizational planning, workforce planning, budgeting, and capability development across the Data function. Partner with the Director of Data in defining and executing the data organization's strategy. Drive alignment across Data Science, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning teams. Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions. Represent the Data Function in leadership and business forums. Drive adoption of best practices across analytics, machine learning, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. |
Responsibilities |
| Previous experience leading technical teams or managing technical leaders. Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes. General understanding of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, and modern data ecosystems. Ability to engage in architectural and technical discussions with senior engineers and technical leaders. Experience operating in fast-paced technology organizations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. |
