Job Description |
| Lead and oversee both front-end and back-end development teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure teams are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Regularly assess the reliability and performance of internal systems, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to security regulations and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining a secure environment. Manage software development projects by defining clear requirements, objectives, and timelines. Regularly review progress, address roadblocks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Design forward-looking strategies for future development initiatives that align with the company's overall vision and available resources. Balance technological innovation with business needs. Lead the hiring and termination processes for engineering staff. Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the teams. Identify and introduce innovative technologies that can drive efficiency, enhance user experiences, and support the organization's technical growth. Coordinate with external stakeholders to integrate new tools and technologies, fostering partnerships that enable the company to remain at the forefront of software development practices. Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, addressing complex challenges, and ensuring the adoption of best practices in development methodologies, architecture, and coding standards. Lead technical leads and members of various development squads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment while promoting professional growth and development. |
Responsibilities |
| A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with 3 years in leadership or managerial roles. withdraw software engineering role, adding cto and tech lead positions . Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering software projects on time and within scope. Previous involvement in implementing emerging technologies to improve development processes and outcomes. Experience with both front-end and back-end development, preferably across various domains and technologies. Familiarity with security practices, compliance, and regulations in software development. Proficiency in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to software development. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of software systems. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving common goals. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and drive innovation. Adaptability and openness to learning in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Decision-making prowess, especially in high-pressure situations, balancing technical considerations with business priorities. |
