We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & Compensation Specialist to support payroll operations, employee benefits administration, and HR operational processes while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentialit |
Job Description |
| Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts and official HR letters. Maintain and update internal company policies and confidential personnel records. Support payroll operations by providing accurate employee data, including attendance, schedules, and working hours. Administer Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes, including health insurance, meal benefits, and other employee perks. Coordinate with external partners, such as insurance providers, to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery. Collaborate with Finance and other departments regarding payroll-related payments and employee benefit programs. Respond to employee inquiries and requests professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR regulations. Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation. Support continuous improvement of HR operational processes and employee experience. |
Responsibilities |
| Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Solid understanding of payroll administration and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes. Familiarity with HR-related software such as Nanowatch and Rahkaran. Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR operational processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Strong reporting and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Flexibility and adaptability in handling various HR and payroll situations. |
