About the Role
KPlus Group is looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will play a key part in shaping business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and market analysis.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive long-term growth, monitor strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment between business objectives and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
Support the development and execution of the company's strategic plan
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting
Evaluate new business, product, and market opportunities
Prepare business cases and financial analyses for strategic decisions
Performance & Strategy Execution
Develop and maintain strategic dashboards and KPI reports
Monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify risks or gaps
Support leadership with actionable insights and recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations teams
Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives
Support alignment and execution across functions
Executive Reporting
Prepare strategic presentations and reports for senior leadership
Consolidate business and market insights into clear recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field
MBA is preferred
5–8 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Planning, or Management Consulting
Experience in construction materials, industrial manufacturing, or FMCG is a plus
