As the leading platform for car trading and inspection services in Iran, Hamrah Mechanic is on a path of physical expansion, increasing our direct customer touchpoints. We currently offer a new experience in automotive services through our physical branches. To lead, plan, and effectively execute advertising campaigns in real-world spaces and our physical branches, we are looking for a capable, creative, and motivated colleague to join us as an Offline Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
The individual in this position will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of planning, implementing, and evaluating offline campaigns. Primary duties include
Management and Execution of OOH Campaigns: Planning and supervising the display of large-scale urban campaigns (including various OOH structures on highways and main arterial roads)
In-Store Marketing Development: Planning and executing advertising campaigns and visual elements within branch environments and surrounding areas to enhance brand presence
Execution of Creative Campaigns (Ambient Advertising): Creating and implementing innovative and interactive advertising solutions in high-traffic physical spaces to increase brand engagement
Supply Chain and Vendor Management: Identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing relationships with advertising agencies, printing houses, media executors, and property owners to optimize costs and execution quality
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating closely with performance, brand, and design teams, as well as branch operations, to align offline scenarios with the company’s overall marketing strategy
Quality Control and Field Supervision: Continuous monitoring of the status of campaign displays across the city and branches, resolving potential issues, and ensuring high-quality, standardized final output
Reporting and Effectiveness Analysis: Accurate budgeting for offline projects, tracking campaign evaluation metrics, and providing periodic reports on performance and Return on Investment (ROI)
Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant work experience in offline marketing, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, or event management
Complete mastery of production processes, printing, physical advertising materials, and structure installation
Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and problem-solving in dynamic environments
Strong communication skills, high negotiation power, and the ability to lead contractors
High attention to execution details and the ability to conduct continuous field visits
Creative thinking in designing interactive customer scenarios in physical contexts
Familiarity with branding principles and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
