Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and storytelling-driven Senior Copywriter to join Jabama’s Marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the Persian language, strong advertising copywriting skills, and a clear understanding of brand identity to create impactful and memorable messages for audiences.
This role will be responsible for developing written content across various brand touchpoints, from advertising campaigns and key brand messages to daily social media content and communication channels. The ideal candidate should not only be capable of generating creative ideas but also demonstrate strong storytelling skills, precise word choice, structured messaging, and the ability to professionally leverage the capabilities of the Persian language.
Responsibilities:
Develop and produce creative and effective written content for various channels, including social media, websites, CRM, email, SMS, landing pages, advertising campaigns, and brand communication materials.
Translate briefs into clear, engaging messages aligned with brand objectives and business needs.
Create brand narratives and stories, key messages, taglines, advertising slogans, and other content required for different media channels.
Write and edit content while maintaining brand voice, professional Persian writing principles, and advertising language standards.
Collaborate closely with the design team to create effective alignment between written messages and visual outputs, and work with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into effective communication solutions.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute content ideas.
Review, edit, and continuously improve content based on feedback, campaign objectives, and audience needs.
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and deliver outputs according to defined timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Copywriting, Content Writing, and Storytelling.
Full proficiency in writing principles, Persian grammar, and the ability to professionally utilize the potential of language in advertising.
Ability to create effective advertising copy for various formats and channels, including social media, digital campaigns, outdoor advertising, and brand content.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to build engaging and purposeful narratives for brands.
Deep understanding of Tone of Voice and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and communication contexts.
Ability to transform complex concepts and business objectives into simple, clear, and impactful messages.
Strong attention to word choice, sentence structure, and overall content quality.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Openness to feedback and the ability to improve outputs based on feedback.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in industries such as travel, hospitality or e-commerce.
Familiarity with UX Writing principles.
Familiarity with SEO Copywriting principles.
