Job Description:
We’re looking for a Part-time Jira Process & Automation Specialist to help us manage, maintain, and continuously improve our internal Jira ticketing system. You’ll work closely with different teams to handle day-to-day Jira requests, improve existing workflows, implement new requirements, and automate repetitive processes—ensuring Jira continues to effectively support our business operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and maintaining Jira workflows and configurations.
Handling day-to-day requests and making necessary changes.
Designing or modifying workflows based on new business requirements.
Creating and improving Jira automations.
Working with different teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical Jira solutions.
Identifying opportunities to make our processes simpler and more efficient.
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience with Jira administration and workflow configuration.
Good knowledge of Jira Automation.
Understanding of business processes and workflow design.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
