شرکت دایان انرژی در تهران جهت تکمیل کادر خود از واجدین شرایط زیر دعوت به همکاری می نماید:

| Job Description: Lead overall base operations and ensure the operational readiness of rigs and equipment. Coordinate Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse and HR functions. Plan and control Rig Move, Mobilization/Demobilization, Rig-up, Load-out and Back-load activities. Ensure the timely availability of critical equipment, spare parts, consumables and services. Reduce support-related downtime and NPT. Oversee Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities. Monitor PM Compliance, Maintenance Backlog, MTBF, MTTR and Equipment Availability. Oversee critical drilling equipment, including Drawworks, Top Drive, Mud Pumps, BOP, Power Generation, SCR/VFD, Mud Systems and Lifting Equipment. Ensure the implementation of Risk Assessment, JSA/JHA, PTW, SIMOPS, MOC, Emergency Response and Incident Investigation processes. Manage logistics, heavy transportation, warehouse, inventory and critical spare parts. Coordinate Procurement, Supply Chain and Expediting activities. Manage manpower, contractor performance, OPEX/CAPEX and operational budgets. Lead continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining HSE, quality, reliability and operational readiness. Required Skills: Practical knowledge of Drilling Operations, Well Control, BOP, Rig Move, Maintenance & Reliability, Logistics, HSE, Supply Chain and Cost Control. Proven management experience in a drilling environment with the ability to manage and support multiple rigs. Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, maintenance practices, Operational Readiness, Equipment Availability, PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR and NPT. Ability to identify deviations, perform Root Cause Analysis, implement corrective actions and drive measurable performance improvement. Knowledge of HSE processes, including Risk Assessment, JSA/JHA, PTW, SIMOPS, MOC, Emergency Response and Incident Investigation. Knowledge of logistics, warehouse, inventory and critical spare parts management. Ability to manage manpower, contractors and OPEX/CAPEX budgets. Familiarity with API/IADC practices and ISO/HSE Management Systems. Previous experience with a Drilling Contractor and/or Khuzestan/Southern Iranian oilfields is highly desirable. English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher. |
