We are looking for a HR Generalist to manage and improve DotOne’s people operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers on hiring needs.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and core HR operations.
Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives.
Coordinate performance management and employee development processes.
Design and improve HR policies, processes, and workflows.
Support managers on people-related matters and HR best practices.
Lead HR projects and use people data to drive improvements.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Ability to independently design and improve HR processes.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
High ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; HRIS/ATS experience is a plus.
Experience in startups or technology companies is highly preferred.
