About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives across multiple business domains and drive the development of scalable digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and translate business needs into impactful product outcomes.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in managing products throughout their lifecycle while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
Responsibilities
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Identify business opportunities and translate them into product initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
Lead product discovery activities, including user research, market analysis, and problem validation.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and customer value.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery.
Define product success metrics and monitor performance.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
Present product plans, progress, and recommendations to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and data insights.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience in complex digital products.
Proven track record of owning products from discovery to delivery.
Strong understanding of product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap management.
Experience working with Agile product development teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to make decisions in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven decision making.
