| Responsibilities: Own the Digital HR product roadmap and backlog; prioritize problems and initiatives based on user value, impact, effort, and strategic alignment Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery using user insight and data; define requirements and work with technical teams or vendors through release Define product KPIs and analyze usage, funnels, feedback, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities Own product health with technical teams, including release quality, incidents, reliability, access control, data privacy, and integrations Align HR and cross-functional stakeholders, manage rollout and change adoption, and coordinate vendors or SaaS solutions where applicable Experience: Proven Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and adoption Experience managing multiple products or initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organization Technical Skills: End-to-end product management: discovery, roadmap, backlog, delivery, and adoption Product analytics: defining KPIs and analyzing funnels, usage, feedback, and outcomes Working understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, dependencies, access control, and security Experience working with technical teams and/or SaaS vendors Familiarity with automation, AI, or HR technology is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Soft Skills: Structured problem solving and critical thinking Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills High ownership and ability to work independently in ambiguity Strong prioritization across competing needs Effective cross-functional collaboration and change facilitation |
