Job Over View:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at the Operation Department while contribute to building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and initial screening to offer management, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and close alignment with hiring managers. The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, talent pools, and relevant job platforms.
Conduct candidate screening and structured interviews to assess candidates against defined job requirements and competencies.
Build and maintain an effective talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to deliver a positive candidate experience.
Monitor recruitment progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
Provide regular recruitment insights and market feedback to hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements:
Understanding of sourcing methodologies, recruitment channels, and candidate assessment techniques.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Data-driven approach and proficiency in using recruitment systems and tools.
