| Job Description The Senior Commercial Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s commercial activities, including procurement, sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and domestic and international purchasing activities. The position plays a key role in ensuring the commercial efficiency, transparency, and timely execution of procurement and contracting activities, developing and managing supplier relationships, controlling commercial risks and costs, and providing accurate commercial analysis and information to support management decision-making. Required Skills Practical knowledge of procurement, tendering, sourcing, commercial evaluation, and contract administration processes Ability to prepare RFQs, commercial inquiries, bid comparison sheets, commercial evaluations, and procurement documentation Ability to identify, evaluate, qualify, and manage domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers Ability to conduct commercial negotiations regarding price, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contractual conditions Knowledge of domestic and international purchasing, import, shipping, customs, and trade processes Knowledge of commercial contracts, Incoterms, payment terms, and international trade practices Ability to analyze market prices, supplier quotations, commercial terms, and procurement costs Knowledge of oilfield equipment, drilling materials, technical services, and oil and gas supply chains Ability to monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, contractual obligations, and commercial risks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems Required Education Required Education B.Sc - Business Administration: Preferred B.Sc - Industrial Engineering: Preferred Required Certifications Procurement & Supply Chain Management CertificationMandatory Tendering & Procurement Management CertificationMandatory Required Languages English(Advanced) Technical Skills Procurement & Sourcing Management (Level 4/5) Tendering & Commercial Evaluation (Level 5/5) Supplier Evaluation & Vendor Management (Level 3/5) Commercial Contracts & Incoterms (Level 4/5) Oilfield Equipment & Services (Level 4/5) Behavioral Competencies Communication Competencies: Effective Verbal Communication (Level 4/5) Interpersonal & Teamwork Competencies: Networking (Level 5/5) Leadership Competencies: Change Management (Level 4/5) Personal Effectiveness: Accountability (Level 5/5) Work Execution Competencies: Prioritization (Level 4/5) From 25 to 45 years |
