The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Marketing department.
This role ensures that campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and cross-functional projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered on time while maintaining alignment between Brand, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, Product, Data, and Business teams.
The role acts as the operational backbone of Marketing, enabling teams to execute faster, communicate better, and focus on high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Management:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing projects and integrated campaigns.
Develop project timelines, milestones, work-back schedules, and delivery plans.
Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across different marketing functions.
Track project progress and proactively resolve blockers.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Act as the primary coordination point between Marketing, Product, Business Development, Data, Legal, Customer Support, and external partners.
Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and retrospective sessions.
Campaign Operations:
Coordinate execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
Ensure campaign readiness across all customer touch-points.
Manage dependencies between creative production, media, CRM, product, and communications teams.
Process & Workflow Management:
Build and continuously improve marketing workflows and operational processes.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and execution frameworks.
Standardize project management methodologies across the department.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable improvements.
Resource & Capacity Planning:
Monitor team workload and project capacity.
Support prioritization and resource allocation across marketing teams.
Identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions.
Risk Management:
Identify execution risks early and communicate mitigation plans.
Escalate critical issues when necessary.
Ensure launch readiness before campaigns go live.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly marketing status reports in cooperation with brand team.
Track project health and delivery performance.
Provide visibility into deadlines, risks, and team capacity.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations, Program Management, or Project Management.
Experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fintech, crypto, technology, or digital platforms.
Familiarity with product launches and go-to-market planning.
Experience working with agile marketing teams.
Knowledge of campaign planning and integrated marketing communications.
Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
Experience building marketing workflows and operational frameworks.
