Job Description:
We’re looking for an E-CRM Specialist who enjoys understanding user behavior, experimenting with different journeys, and turning CRM activities into measurable business results.
What we’re looking for:
Strong automation mindset — able to design journeys, processes, and workflows instead of relying on one-off campaigns
Ability to analyze user behavior and turn patterns in data into actionable business insights
Strong understanding of segmentation and the ability to design meaningful segments based on behavior, attributes, and lifecycle
Hands-on understanding of A/B testing — from defining the hypothesis and audience to measuring the outcome
Good sense of numbers and campaign performance
Good understanding of events, attributes, and attribution, and how tracking decisions can enable or limit CRM journeys
Familiarity with concepts such as funnels, cohorts, conversion, retention, and user lifecycle
Comfortable using AI, agents, and agentic workflows to automate repetitive work, speed up analysis and execution, and scale CRM operations
Hands-on experience with a customer engagement or CRM automation platform such as WebEngage or similar local/international tools. Experience with WebEngage is a plus
Result-oriented, curious, and willing to experiment, learn, and iterate
