Job Description
At Okala,We’re looking for a Senior ECRM Specialist who combines analytical strength with strategic thinking, takes full ownership of outcomes, and elevates our customer communication through data-driven marketing automation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and execute SMS and Push Notification strategies to improve engagement, retention, and loyalty
Build and continuously improve Segmentation for targeted, personalized campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize different campaign types including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional messaging
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI
Run continuous A/B testing to improve message copy, offers, and campaign performance
Collaborate closely with Content, Design, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver creative, conversion-focused messaging
Manage and optimize the Marketing Automation platform, ensuring seamless integration with other Martech components
Stay on top of ECRM / Marketing Automation trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively bring improvements to the team
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation and/or ECRM
Experience working with automation platforms such as WebEngage, Customer.io, or similar tools
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills ability to diagnose root causes and propose practical solutions
Deep understanding of Segmentation and behavior/engagement-based strategy
Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making
Ability to handle tasks end-to-end (from zero to delivery), with strong ownership and accountability
Capability to propose ideas and drive execution of better marketing initiatives
Strong budget and cost management experience,monitoring spend and campaign ROI
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
Plus (Preferred): Experience designing advanced Journeys and revenue-driving automations
