| :Thread Ownership & Execution Own and drive specific product threads from conception to delivery Take full responsibility for your thread's success metrics and outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute your thread roadmap Make data-driven decisions to optimize thread performance :Data Analysis & Intelligence Create and maintain dashboards to monitor thread performance Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify problems and opportunities Use quantitative methods to validate hypotheses and measure results Translate data insights into actionable product decisions :Product Discovery & Development Conduct user research and customer interviews within your thread Validate feature opportunities through data and customer feedback Write clear user stories and requirements for development teams Manage feature prioritization and backlog for your threads :Stakeholder Management Communicate thread progress and results to leadership Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders Coordinate with other product managers on cross-thread initiatives :Continuous Learning & AI Integration Stay current with AI tools and integrate them into product workflows Experiment with new analytical techniques and methodologies Develop expertise in marketplace dynamics and tourism industry trends Contribute to product team best practices and processes |
