Job Description |
| 3–6 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer with strong data focus. Proven experience with ETL tools, data orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster), and streaming systems (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink). Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Scala for data processing and automation. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, or AWS/GCP). Familiarity with data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing concepts. Understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration between data and product systems. Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and passion for data-driven systems. |
What You’ll Do |
| Experience with real-time mobility data, geolocation tracking, or transportation analytics. Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and feature engineering for ML models. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Looker). Familiarity with data versioning tools (DVC, LakeFS) or Delta Lakes. Exposure to event-driven architectures and data mesh principles. |
