| Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources — such as surveys and user behavior data — to generate actionable insights and competitive benchmarks. Support ongoing projects within the Product, Logistics, Assortment, and Payment domains. Assist in designing and implementing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Collaborate with product managers and analysts to identify key business problems and propose data-backed solutions. Participate in weekly team meetings to present findings and learn from senior analysts. Support data validation, KPI tracking, and the preparation of analytical documentation. Continuously learn and explore new analytical tools and techniques to improve efficiency and insight quality. Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SQL for querying and analyzing data. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and basic statistical concepts. Curiosity to learn and explore new technologies and business domains. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Familiarity with Python, GA4, Power BI, or WebEngage is a plus.
