| Business Analyst | |
| Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business units to identify potential operational, financial, and strategic risks. Analyze data, trends, and key risk indicators (KRIs) to forecast potential issues and measure risk exposure. Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors. Assist in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Monitor emerging risks, including cyber, and operational risks, and assess their potential impact on the organization. Participate in internal audits, risk workshops, and training sessions to foster a risk-aware culture. |
Responsibilities: |
| Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, internal audit, compliance, or financial analysis. FRM, CRM, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certifications are plus. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and MySQL. Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities. |
